Website design for manufacturers and industrial companies
Fast, minimal, accessible websites that explain a complicated offer clearly and are built to be found. A companion service for the technical businesses we already work with.
Most industrial websites fail their buyers
The pattern repeats. A capable manufacturer has a site that was built eight years ago, loads slowly on the phone a buyer is actually holding, describes the company rather than what it makes, and ranks for nothing a customer would search. Meanwhile a competitor with a worse product gets the enquiry.
The fixable causes are consistent: a page builder shipping a megabyte of script to display three paragraphs; a product range buried four clicks deep; copy written for people who already know the company; no structured data, so search engines cannot tell what the business does; and nothing that works on a keyboard or a screen reader.
None of this requires a bigger budget to fix. It requires deciding that the site is a working tool rather than a brochure.
What we deliver
A complete site, built and handed over.
- A fast, hand-built site with a page budget we agree in advance and measure against.
- Copy that explains what you make, written with your technical people rather than guessed at.
- A keyword-led structure where each page targets one cluster your buyers actually search.
- Technical SEO: structured data, canonical tags, sitemap, clean redirects from the old URLs.
- WCAG 2.2 AA conformance, tested, with a written report.
- Analytics and Search Console configured, with a short guide to reading them.
How it works
-
Audit what you have
Current performance, accessibility, rankings and the pages that already bring enquiries. Anything working stays.
-
Research what buyers search
The terms your customers use, which are usually not the terms your industry uses internally. This sets the structure.
-
Structure, then write
Sitemap and page outlines agreed before any design. Copy written with your technical staff, because specifics are what persuade a technical buyer.
-
Design and build
To your brand if you have one. Built to the performance and accessibility targets, tested on a real mid-range phone rather than a fast laptop.
-
Launch and hand over
Redirects mapped so existing rankings survive, Search Console verified, and the code and hosting under your own accounts.
What you need to get started
- Access to your current site and domain.
- Brand guidelines and logo files if they exist. If they do not, we can work without them.
- Time with someone who knows the products properly — a few hours, which is where the useful copy comes from.
- Photographs of your facility, equipment or products if you have them. Real photographs of your own operation beat stock imagery every time.
Typical outcomes
- A site that loads quickly on a phone with a poor signal.
- Pages that rank for the specific things you make, rather than for your company name alone.
- Enquiries that arrive better qualified, because the site answered the obvious questions first.
- A site your team can maintain, and that meets accessibility requirements when a customer asks.

Common questions
Why does an analytics firm build websites?
Because it is the same discipline applied to a different problem: explaining something technical clearly, and measuring whether it worked. We took on the first few for clients who asked, and it turned out that industrial companies are consistently badly served by general-purpose web agencies that do not understand what they make.
What do you build these on?
Usually hand-built static sites, because they are fast, cheap to host and almost impossible to break. Where your team needs to edit copy without a developer, we add a content system. We avoid heavy page builders — they are the most common reason an industrial site takes six seconds to load on a phone.
How long does a site take?
A focused marketing site is usually a matter of weeks, and the timeline depends far more on how quickly content and approvals come back than on build time. We agree the schedule in writing and flag slippage early.
Will it be accessible?
Yes. We build to WCAG 2.2 Level AA and test it, including a keyboard pass and a screen-reader pass. For Canadian businesses this is increasingly a procurement requirement as well as the right thing to do. You get a written conformance report, not a claim.
Can you work with our existing brand?
Yes, and we prefer to. If you have brand guidelines we build to them, and we will tell you where a brand colour fails accessibility contrast in a particular role rather than quietly using it anyway. This site is built that way, and the adjustments we made are documented.
Thinking about rebuilding your site?
Tell us the domain and what is not working. We will look at it and give you a straight answer about whether a rebuild is worth it.
